Honey House Properties is a boutique management firm with hand-picked clients who share a desire to create intentional and dynamic experiences for guests that shine bright in a sea of thousands of other rentals.

Grace & Mike Bay created Honey House Properties in 2018 when we purchased our first property in East Nashville. We quickly learned that it’s no longer enough for your property to have the right amount of bedrooms or bathrooms. With the growing number of options for vacation rental services in Nashville your property has to be memorable. This is why we intentionally design properties to be not just unique, but altogether unforgettable. Short Term Rental design isn’t about a weekend at a property, it’s about the potential for guests to make memories. We craft themes and implement designs to create purposefully sweet spaces that guests will indulge in during their stay and then rave about in reviews and to their friends, long after the trip is over! Mike has traveled the world as a musician and audio engineer, staying in all types of places from 5-star resorts to 1-star dive motels. Through these experiences Mike has learned what truly adds value for a guest and what makes a stay memorable. Grace, the COO of an innovative transportation company, knows what metrics matter and how to create a well-oiled machine of a business.
