STR PERMIT ACQUISITION
In order to rent your home independently, or on homestay sites such as Airbnb, you will be required to obtain a Short Term Rental Permit in compliance with local codes and zoning regulations. There are various types of STR Permits, some of which are only available in certain zoning — we will help you determine if your current or prospective property is eligible for a STR Permit and what type of permit is required. From there, we will handle all preparation, paperwork, and inspections necessary to obtain your permit!
DESIGN
We tailor each design to maximize the rental potential of your property by providing unique stays to guests that result in exceptional reviews. The Nashville Diamond was designed entirely by Honey House Properties from acquisition, remodel, and design, all the way to management! We identified the property for purchase, planned and executed renovations to increase guest capacity, crafted a memorable mid-century theme throughout, and sourced all furniture to create a vibe-y stay that caters to a wide variety of guest demographics. Nashville’s Zen Haven is an example of a fully furnished home that we tweaked to be rental-ready for large family and luxury stays. With minimal investment from the homeowners, we sourced and incorporated design elements that created a cohesive theme and memorable “wow” moments in the home. Whether you have a blank canvas or a furnished home, we can craft a design to create an unforgettable listing.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our goal for ongoing property management is to help you get the most out of your investment property. We will manage all homestay site listings (AirBnb, VRBO, etc) for your property, communicate timely and effectively with guests, coordinate cleanings, schedule necessary maintenance, and generate a monthly P&L for your review. The communication with guests is what truly sets Honey House Properties apart from the rest. Because we only manage a handful of properties at one time, we personally engage with each guest to ensure their stay is exceptional. Our Airbnb reviews and Super Host status reflect our commitment to going above and beyond for our guests.
